What you share
We ask about the situation, its impact, previous attempts, the behaviour you want to change, readiness to examine the work, responsibility for follow-through and your contact details. Please avoid customer names, financial account details and sensitive personal information.
Who uses it
Our team reviews responses and contacts you. Relevant findings may be discussed with Eneid so he can assess how OWS could help. Responses are stored in a private database. Access to the website’s assessment inbox is restricted to the authorised OWS reviewer.
What happens next
The first call and initial non-field assessment are free. Submitting the questionnaire does not book an appointment, subscribe you to marketing or commit you to paid work. Field observation and any further intervention are agreed separately.

Unsubmitted answers remain in the current page; they are cleared when it is reloaded or closed. Submitted answers are stored on the server. The site uses no advertising trackers. An essential sign-in cookie protects the private assessment inbox.
