OUR APPROACH
No fixed training programme. We find what needs to change in your sales process, information tools and client conversations - including the way people are managed.
YOUR SALES PAIN

01 / 04 Understand
What does leadership expect? How do managers organise the work? What do salespeople believe and do? We compare the answers, then examine the gaps.
We compare leadership’s expectations, managers’ routines and what salespeople actually do. Surveys, questions and observation reveal where those accounts differ.
Low activity, inconsistent progress or an uncertain pipeline are starting points. We look at priorities, customer conversations and recorded next steps before deciding on an intervention.
02 / 04 Diagnose
Three areas: sales process, tools for capturing information, and sales skills in client interactions. Around all three sit management and culture: priorities, meaningful measures, feedback and incentives.
A specific behaviour to change, a reason it matters, an activity that will demonstrate progress and an internal owner. Big targets alone do not tell people what to do differently tomorrow.
We will examine process, information, conversations and management’s role. We can only proceed when leadership is open to understanding its own role in the issue.
You don’t need to have tried another provider. If you have, tell us what changed in daily work - not only whether people enjoyed it.
03 / 04 Practise
Observe the skills already present, what is needed and how effectively those skills are used. Work through a real situation, rehearse a response and, when appropriate, try it with a client.
We bring minimal slides and no preprinted handouts. Blank paper and individual notes help us see how participants capture and use information. The material comes from situations they face at work.
We ask questions until the cause becomes clearer, then guide participants to develop and rehearse a response. Sometimes we pitch an unfamiliar product to put the salesperson in the buyer’s position: confusing questions can be a sign that the value has not been made clear.
04 / 04 Embed
Keep what works. Choose a small daily activity and review it with the team. Record customers’ actual words in a shared place so decisions are based on evidence, not memory or interpretation.
We’re introducing observation, shadowing and reporting as an additional service. It looks at two relationships: agent - client, and agent - manager. How is feedback given? Where is activity recorded? What does the manager follow up?
When implementation stalls, we meet the manager individually and log an action. If the gap persists, we propose an intervention with managers. Scope is agreed separately.
Follow-through matters. A workshop alone is not a promise of lasting results.
One behaviour to change. One activity to track. Someone inside your business to carry it forward.
